- 委任律師聲請具保停押 盼帶陳水扁回家過年
中新網(wǎng)1月15日電 據(jù)臺灣TVBS報道，昨天(14日)剛遞狀請求法院將19日到21日的陳水扁弊案準備程序庭延期，今天陳水扁律師又有新動作，他們聲請具保停押，希望能讓陳水扁能回家過年。
15日下午陳水扁律師再次來到臺北地方法院遞狀，聲請具保停押，希望以保釋金，交換陳水扁停止羈押，讓陳水扁能在過年期間回家吃團圓飯。
